Here are some websites that I used to learn touch typing. These websites can help you learn touch typing within 3 weeks.

Typing.com
I myself learned to type on typing.com. Easy to use, and you will be able to type within a couple of weeks.

Typing Club
Typing club is similar to typing.com, but it's more detailed. There are a lot more lessons to go through, making sure you can comfortably type without looking at your keyboard.
